Our Cascara tea is made from dried and fermented ripe-arabica coffee cherry from the farm Alcatraz in the town Opara-Huila. The tea has a fruity and mildly sweet aftertaste. The coffee cherry skin is fairly low in caffeine. Even at the strongest, longest brew, the caffeine content of cascara came in at 111.4 mg/L, compared to a broad range of about 400-800 mg/L in brewed coffee.
The cherry coffee tea is rich in antioxidants with many digestive benefits, making it suitable for all ages.

INSTRUCTION
- Tea-to-water ratio 1:12
- Steep the tea in boiled water (212F or 100C degrees) in 8-10 minutes
- Serve hot as it is or combine with honey, lime (or lemon), and ice.
