Returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect product
If you believe that your product is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please notify us as soon as you can at info@alphercoffee.co.uk. We will evaluate the issue and get back to you promptly with the next steps.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, by emailing us at info@alphercoffee.co.uk, with attached proof of purchase.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that
The item was purchased in the last 14 days
The item was not used or damaged
The item was not unsealed after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. After we’ve received your email, you should send the item to:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.
